Very useful for purposes of modeling. I'm in the process of building a 1/350 scale model of the Indy and found plenty of details that might otherwise have been missed.Equally split between the USS Portland and USS Indianapolis which, I believe, are the only two vessels in the Portland class of heavy cruisers.Photos are all black and white (as expected) and their quality is better than I would have imagined.

I returned it. It was written by a white person with white recipes. Had no resemblance to a Native American healing book.

It's an amazing book which covers spirituality and health I high recommend it for anyone wanting to stay away from over the counter or some prescription drugs

some of the lost medicines and remedies of my people. I have been able to trace some back to the original remedies.

I found this book extremely helpful. I have Fibromyalgia and mixed connective tissue disease which can cause painful muscles and joints, insomnia, and chronic fatigue among other things. By trying a number of the teas from this book I have been much more comfortable and sleeping well without the use of pharmaceuticals. It has been amazing!
